PRICING (PER SERVICE DATE, BY LOT SIZE, BEFORE IMPROVEMENTS) Bagging Clippings/Leaves is Extra Corner Lots - ADD $ 3.00 Lawns that are overgrown will be subject to additional charges! Customer will be advised of charges before service rendered. All other services including Landscape Maintenance , Leaf Removal, Fall/Spring clean up will include a two man crew for the following price: $65.00 per hour. This is our primary service and we pride ourselves on providing quality work and being dependable. When we cut your lawn, we will give you a perfect edge with a stick edger along all edges of the lawn surface. We line trim around objects for a clean look. When we are finished, we will give a complete blow down of your entire property.
With Sheps, you do not sign a contract. We will cut your lawn weekly or bi-weekly on a prescribed day from April 1st to October 31st. If your lawn does not need cutting, just call or email us before 12pm the day before your scheduled lawn cut in order to cancel.
You will receive a monthly invoice that can be paid by cheque, or you can pay online via email money transfer or Pay Pal. Our prices are competitive and we are reliable.
Sign up to be on our lawn cut schedule and we will cut your lawn on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule. All lawns will be cut with consistency and to the highest standards to ensure a premium level of customer satisfaction.
